RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
For refund, merchandise must be shipped back to the store at the customer's expense. Merchandise returned in-store will be issued store credit only. Returns and exchanges must be received within 14 days of shipment date for items that HAVE NOT BEEN WORN, ALTERED OR WASHED and with ALL tags attached. We do not refund shipping and handling fees.
Send a copy of your receipt and credit slip. Securely seal the merchandise, in the original package if possible, and send pre-paid and insured to:

We cannot accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery.
When your return is received, we will credit the same credit card account with which the original purchase was made. We will process your return as soon as possible but please allow up to 2 weeks for your refund to be processed and up to two billing cycles for the return to appear on your credit card statement
*Upon receipt of returned goods, Nancy & Co. has the right to deny credits if the merchandise does not meet the company return policy requirements.
